Storm warnings, heavy rainfall and flooding greeted Marylanders on Friday as what’s left of Hurricane Debby makes its way across the state. Much of the Baltimore area is under a tornado watch until 2 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

Flooding has been reported in areas around the Inner Harbor in Baltimore as well as in Fells Point. The City Dock in Annapolis is also experiencing heavy flooding that has shut down some roads. The Annapolis Office of Emergency Management on Friday reminded people not to drive around posted barricades.

Here’s a look at how the storm is playing out around the Baltimore area.
