Baltimore Police have arrested a 15-year-old boy in the July 21 shooting death of 14-year-old Jasper Davis at the Mondawmin Metro Center.

Davis was shot and killed in the 2300 block of Liberty Heights Avenue. A 19-year-old male was also injured and taken to a hospital after the shooting.

The 15-year-old surrendered Friday at Baltimore Police Headquarters and has been charged with first-degree murder. Because of his age, the identity of the teen was not immediately released Tuesday.

Police on Tuesday did not give a reason for the shootings. The current condition of the 19-year-old was not released.
