Baltimore County Police arrested a suspect after a shooting in Reisterstown sent a teenager to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.

Officers responded to a call in the 13000 block of Heil Manor Drive about someone suffering from a gunshot wound around 12:25 p.m., police said in a news release.

Upon arrival, police found a teenager with a gunshot wound to the lower body.

The teen was transported to an area hospital, police said.

Police are still investigating the relationship between the suspect and the victim, who were not identified.

Heil Manor Drive is a residential area in Reisterstown, a town of under 30,000 residents, according to Data USA.
