That includes any plans for reworking the state’s ambitious education enhancement plan, the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future, and services for the disabled.

And with President Donald Trump taking office on Monday, Maryland leaders will have a flurry of promised executive orders and other actions from the new administration to cope with. Will Maryland National Guard or Maryland State Police have to help with immigration? Will Trump orders conflict with Maryland law?
