ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Despite warming up in Highmark Stadium, wide receiver Zay Flowers was ruled inactive for the Ravens’ divisional-round playoff game against the Buffalo Bills.
Flowers (knee) was hurt in the Ravens’ Week 18 win over the Cleveland Browns and missed all of the team’s practices this week, but coach John Harbaugh said Flowers had a chance to play.
The Ravens’ top receiver worked out ahead of the team’s Friday practice and in pregame but was not cleared to play.
Flowers had 74 catches for 1,059 yards and four touchdowns this season and was named to his first Pro Bowl.

The Ravens won their first playoff game without him by leaning on running back Derrick Henry and quarterback Lamar Jackson in the run game. They also had multiple players, including tight end Isaiah Likely, step up in the receiving game.
