On the eve of the Ravens’ Christmas game against the Houston Texans, starting wide receiver Zay Flowers was still dealing with a shoulder injury, making him questionable for the Week 17 matchup.

Flowers was gingerly cradling his arm in the locker room after the Ravens’ win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday and did not practice Sunday or Monday. He was limited for the team’s walk-through Tuesday, which was not open to the media. The Ravens face the Texans at 4:30 p.m. EST Wednesday.

The Ravens will also be without wide receiver Nelson Agholor, who missed the Steelers game and is still out with a concussion. Fortunately, Rashod Bateman, who dealt with a foot injury last week but was healthy enough to play against Pittsburgh, is not on the injury report. The Ravens also have Tylan Wallace and rookie Devontez Walker on the roster, and they just picked up Steven Sims.

The Ravens’ secondary might also be thin. Cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis, a depth piece in the defensive backfield, is out with a hamstring injury. Cornerback Tre’Davious White, a veteran the Ravens acquired at the trade deadline, is questionable with a shoulder injury.

On the ground, the Ravens will be without running back Justice Hill, who suffered a concussion against the Steelers when his head hit the ground after he took a hit. The Ravens have rookie Rasheen Ali and second-year player Keaton Mitchell, who has seen litttle action since returning from an ACL injury, to help make up for the loss of Hill.

The Texans also have three players out for Wednesday’s game. Defensive tackle Folorunso Fatukasi (ankle), guard Shaq Mason (knee) and offensive lineman Juice Scruggs (foot) have been ruled out after three days without practicing. Defensive end Denico Autry (knee) is questionable after three days of limited practice.

The Texans also have significant players who recently landed on injured reserve, including wide receiver Tank Dell who was injured in the Texans’ Saturday game against the Kansas City Chiefs and safety Jimmie Ward.
