No charges for Howard County Police officers in fatal shooting in Laurel, AG says
State prosecutors will not file charges in the shooting of a 29-year-old man in Laurel last year that involved Howard County Police Department officers, authorities said on Monday.
The Maryland Office of the Attorney General said it concluded its investigation into the November 2024 shooting earlier this month.
