U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Judge Michelle M. Harner on Thursday signed an order setting status conferences for April 8 and May 20 during which survivors of clergy sexual abuse can address the court in the Archdiocese of Baltimore bankruptcy case.

Tracie Minor, 36, of Mondawmin, a former teacher’s assistant at KIPP Harmony Academy, pleaded guilty on March 6 in Baltimore Circuit Court to carrying a loaded handgun. Circuit Judge John Addison Howard then struck the guilty finding and placed her on three years’ unsupervised probation. “It would appear to the court that Miss Minor has suffered in substantial ways well beyond what most people who appear before me have experienced in terms of negative impact on their lives,” Howard said.
