Baltimore Police identified the man who was fatally shot on a bus downtown Saturday afternoon.
Officers arrived at the unit block of S. Eutaw Street for a reported shooting on an MTA bus around 2 p.m.. They found William Womack, 30, at the scene suffering from apparent gunshot wounds on his upper body, according to police spokesperson Vernon Davis.
Medics transported him to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries, police said.
Police asked for the public’s help Sunday in identifying a person in connection to the fatal shooting on a bus Saturday.
