Deshawn Purdie threw for 246 yards and a touchdown, and Sean Williams rushed for two scores as Milford Mill (8-0) extended its regular season win streak to 16.

Purdie’s scoring pass went to senior Daysen Shell, who finished with two receptions for 76 yards. Corey Jones had three catches for 87 yards.

The Millers, who finished 6-0 in Baltimore County’s Division II, host Parkville in the regular season finale Thursday.

NO. 10 ATHOLTON 42, HOWARD 20

Senior running back Dillan Watkins rushed for 236 yards and two touchdowns and Miles Scott scored twice as Atholton (8-0, 8-0 Howard) clinched a second straight Howard County championship.

The Raiders finished with 478 yards, including a 70-yard score by Watkins. Cam Lee added a rushing score.

Scott, who rushed for 80 yards, threw a 21-yard touchdown pass to Ian Morton. Zuri Ajebon had two interceptions and Mehki Abdulla recovered a fumble for Atholton’s defense.

Jordan Fiorenza rushed for 210 yards and four touchdowns and junior Desmond Oxendine added a rushing score as Dundalk (7-1) completed a perfect run through the Baltimore County League’s Division I (6-0).

Fiorenza, a senior who helped the Owls to the Class 4A/3A state final last year, scored on runs of 45, five, 27 and 40 yards. Dundalk has won four straight after a road loss to No. 13 Westminster.

The Owls, who will be No. 1 seed for the upcoming 4A/3A North Region playoffs, closed their regular season at Patapsco Saturday.

Devin Roche accounted for four touchdowns, and Antonio Lyde caught two touchdown passes as Dunbar (8-0) moved closer to a second straight perfect regular season.

Roche, a senior seeing his first extended action in several weeks after bruising his foot, tossed three scoring passes. Elon University commit Tony Hart had a touchdown reception and returned an interception for a score.

Tristan Kenan had a rushing score and Devin Paige added a punt return touchdown for the Poets, who have won 17 consecutive decisions dating back to last season. Dunbar plays at Edmondson in the Ben Eaton Memorial Game Thursday afternoon.

NO. 12 POLY 22, PATTERSON 14

Tristan Halley had 113 yards receiving and returned a fumble for a touchdown as Poly rebounded from its first loss of the season with a Baltimore City League Division I triumph.

The Engineers (7-1 overall, 4-1 Division I) trailed 6-0 late in the first half when Halley caught a 61-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Jason Lindsey. He scooped a Patterson (2-5, 1-4 Division I) fumble and returned it 68 yards for the touchdown.

Halley led Poly’s defense with 11 tackles. Lindsey finished with 169 total yards and a rushing touchdown.

Poly completes the regular season next Friday against City at Johns Hopkins University in the 133th meeting of the Baltimore City public school rivals.
