For the first time since Week 10, quarterback Lamar Jackson got in a full week of practice. He took the field for the third straight day Friday as he rebounds from a back injury and prepares for the Ravens’ win-or-go-home season finale against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Coach John Harbaugh said at the beginning of the week that, if Jackson was healthy enough, he would play against the Steelers over backup Tyler Huntley.

Whether Jackson is “healthy enough” has been the story of his season.

Jackson was first injured in Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs and missed four weeks with a hamstring problem.

He returned in Week 9 as the Ravens beat the Miami Dolphins and practiced during the extended time between “Thursday Night Football” and Week 10’s Sunday game against the Minnesota Vikings.

After that, Jackson had minor injuries to his knee, ankle and toe that kept him from completing a full week of practice. He played through those.

In Week 16, Jackson left the Ravens’ home game against the New England Patriots after taking a knee to the back just before halftime. He said he tried to return to the game but was in too much pain. An MRI revealed no long-term damage. However, he had a back contusion Harbaugh referred to as a serious injury.

Jackson missed the Week 17 game against the Green Bay Packers. Huntley and running back Derrick Henry led the team to a dominant win.

Harbaugh said Jackson was working on the side through that week and showed signs of improvement. He returned to practice Wednesday and, after a full week, he is expected to play vs. the Steelers.

The Week 18 game will determine if the Ravens or the Steelers win the AFC North and advance to the playoffs.

The Ravens also saw the return of outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy, who missed two practices with a quadriceps injury.

Wide receiver Rashod Bateman remained absent with an illness. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey also missed with an illness. Both are questionable for the game.

“Bateman has had a pretty serious flu situation all week,” Harbaugh said. “So he got out there early, moved around a little. He was around. I thought he was going to go. I think he did some individual or something early. So he got moving a little bit. So I would think that would clear up by Sunday.”

Harbaugh was also hoping Humphrey would return to health by then.

“I think a lot of teams are dealing with this right now around the league,” Harbaugh added.

Left tackle Ronnie Stanley, who was limited Wednesday with a knee injury but a full participant Thursday, was also missing. He was given a rest day.

Defensive tackle Taven Bryan (knee), who came off injured reserve, got his second full practice in and is questionable.

The Steelers, on the other hand, got back every player on their injury report except guard Isaac Seumalo, who was limited Wednesday by a triceps injury and a full participant Thursday. He was given a rest day.

Most notable among the Steelers returners, outside linebacker T.J. Watt improved to a full participant after a lung injury sidelined him for two games. He was a limited participant Wednesday and Thursday.

The Steelers, who are missing top wide receiver DK Metcalf due to a suspension, also saw the return of Calvin Austin (hamstring), which will bolster their receiving corps.

Their pass defense will also be strengthened after cornerbacks Brandin Echols (groin) and James Pierre (calf/illness) were full participants.

Former Raven Malik Harrison (knee) also improved to a full participant after two limited practices.
