The Ravens have ruled running back Justice Hill out of Saturday’s regular-season finale against the Cleveland Browns, sidelining the key reserve for a second straight game.
Hill missed the Ravens’ Week 17 win against the Houston Texans with a concussion suffered in Week 16. Coach John Harbaugh said Thursday that Hill’s concussion symptoms are gone, but because of an illness that sidelined Hill at practice this week, he remains in the league’s concussion protocol. With Hill unavailable, the Ravens will likely turn to Keaton Mitchell and rookie Rasheen Ali to back up Pro Bowl selection Derrick Henry.
Ravens reserve cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis (hamstring), who returned to practice Wednesday as a limited participant, was also ruled out of Saturday’s game. He hasn’t played since Week 13.
Starting left guard Patrick Mekari (illness) and reserve tight end Charlie Kolar (forearm) are questionable. Mekari practiced once this week and was limited Thursday. Kolar was a full participant in his return to practice this week and would need to be activated off injured reserve to play Saturday.

Activating Kolar, who hasn’t played since breaking his arm in Week 12, would require a corresponding move, because the Ravens don’t have an open spot on their 53-man roster.
The Browns, one of the NFL’s most injured teams, ruled out four starters: running back Jerome Ford, tight end David Njoku, inside linebacker Jordan Hicks and Pro Bowl cornerback Denzel Ward. Reserve running back Pierre Strong Jr. was also ruled out.

Starting defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson, reserve quarterback Jameis Winston, reserve tight end Blake Whiteheart, reserve wide receiver Michael Woods II, reserve defensive end Ogbo Okoronkwo and reserve cornerback Cameron Mitchell — Ward’s backup — are questionable.
Tomlinson suffered a knee injury in practice Wednesday and was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice and missed Thursday’s session. But coach Kevin Stefanski told local reporters Tomlinson had avoided “major” injury.
The Browns started Thursday as 18-point underdogs, according to DraftKings, but have moved to 20-point underdogs, easily the NFL’s biggest spread this year. The Ravens have never been bigger favorites in any game in franchise history.
